What is your return policy?
Believe Baby accepts returns within 30 days of your date of purchase for orders placed on believebaby.com. Returns of purchases made on amazon.com or from other retailers must be initiated where originally purchased. Merchandise returns will only be accepted unopened in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Once Believe Baby receives your returned item(s), we will process a refund accordingly onto your original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for refund. All sales to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are final. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@believebaby.com to notify us of your intended return. Please make sure to include your order number in the email. Then, send your returns to: Believe Baby Returns, 400 W. 14th Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10014. Include with your return, your name and email address as it appears on your account, and your order number.
I’ve noticed a lot of eco-friendly diaper companies don’t provide a comprehensive list of materials used in their diapers. Would you be willing to do so?
Of course we’re willing – and happy to do so! Premium Believe Diapers are clean and healthy for your baby. They’re free of any harmful petrochemicals, preservatives, and additives, and they contain no latex, alcohol, lotions, PVCs, or phthalates. They are elemental chlorine free, (ECF) which is recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as being the best available technology to whiten natural fiber products.
Bamboo is the super-soft and super-absorbent natural fiber that is directly in contact with your baby’s sensitive skin. Bamboo is hypoallergenic, naturally antimicrobial, deodorizing, odor-resistant and breathable – making it the perfect material for diapers! It’s a responsibly sourced and renewable resource that easily biodegrades. And rest assured that there are no pesticides or herbicides used in growing the bamboo.
Super absorbent polymers (SAP), are particles that work as tiny little sponges that absorb liquid. SAP is commonly used in diapers to help with moisture absorption. Believe Diapers use a very minimal amount of high-grade SAP, which is safe and non-toxic.
Additionally, Believe Diapers contain U.S. virgin softwood fluff-pulp, a soft elastic leg and waistband to keep everything in, and hook-and-loop tabs to secure the diaper in place.
Where are your diapers and wipes made?
Believe Diapers and Believe Wipes are made in China, like most all bamboo diapers. China is the largest producer of bamboo in the world, and the farming of bamboo is strictly regulated to avoid over-harvesting. No pesticides or herbicides are used in growing the bamboo.
Are Believe Wipes really just 100% bamboo and water?
Yes! Believe Wipes are simply 100% bamboo sheets and water. No fragrances, chemicals, or any additives. Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial. Believe Wipes are great not just for baby, but also for many everyday uses – like make-up removal, wiping off your pet’s feet, or for sticky fingers after barbecue ribs.
How does my family or organization go about receiving free diapers from your donation program?
Believe Baby is the only baby brand created to address diaper need. We donate one Believe Diaper and one Believe Wipe to a U.S. family in need for every diaper and wipe that we sell. Believe Baby does not distribute our donated diapers and wipes directly to individuals, families, or local organizations. Instead, we partner with and rely on Baby2Baby for the management and distribution logistics of all our donated diapers and wipes. I have an account, but when I try to manage my subscription, it says that no account is found?
First, ensure that you have an account set up to manage your subscription.
Note that this is separate from your customer account.
To set up an account to manage your subscription:
- Go to believebaby.com.
- Click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
- This will take you to the Customer Login page.
- Scroll down under Customer Login to Managing Subscriptions.
- Click on Create Account to create an account to manage your subscriptions.
Once you've created an account to manage your subscriptions, you may easily make changes to your subscriptions such as rescheduling or skipping upcoming orders, managing your addresses and payment methods, change diaper sizes, change delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription.

How do I view my upcoming orders?
- Go to believebaby.com.
- Click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
- This will take you to either the Customer Login page or the Order History page.
- If Customer Login page:
- Enter your email address and password and click Login (or sign in with Shop).
- This will take you to the Order History page.
- Click Manage Account on the right.
- This will take you to View your next order.
- Here you will see and can manage the status of your next order.
- Click on View upcoming orders.
- Here you will see and can manage the status of your next few orders.
How do I view my previous orders?
- Go to believebaby.com.
- Click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
- This will take you to either the Customer Login page or the Order History page.
- If Customer Login page:
- Enter your email address and password and click Login (or sign in with Shop).
- This will take you to the Order History page.
- Click Manage Account on the right.
- This will take you to View your next order.
- Click on View previous orders.
- Here you will see the history of your previous orders.
How do I reschedule or skip my next subscription fulfillment?
- Go to believebaby.com.
- Click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
- This will take you to either the Customer Login page or the Order History page.
- If Customer Login page:
- Enter your email address and password and click Login (or sign in with Shop).
- This will take you to the Order History page.
- Click Manage Account on the right.
- This will take you to View your next order.
- Here you will see and can manage the status of your next order.
- You are able to send now, reschedule, or skip your next order.
How do I manage my addresses and payment methods?
- Go to believebaby.com.
- Click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
- This will take you to either the Customer Login page or the Order History page.
- If Customer Login page:
- Enter your email address and password and click Login (or sign in with Shop).
- This will take you to the Order History page.
- Click Manage Account on the right.
- This will take you to View your next order.
- Click on Address & payment details.
- Here you can manage your addresses and payment methods.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to change your shipping address, do not use “Add a new address”. Instead, click on “Edit” and update your current address. Using “Add a new address” will not replace your existing address; it will instead create a separate/new address ready for a new/additional subscription to be added to.
How do I change diaper sizes and/or change delivery frequency?
- Go to believebaby.com.
- Click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
- This will take you to the Customer Login page or the Order History page.
- If Customer Login page:
- Enter your email address and password and click Login (or sign in with Shop).
- This will take you to the Order History page.
- Click Manage Account on the right.
- This will take you to View your next order.
- Click on Manage subscriptions.
- Here you will see all of your Active and Inactive subscriptions.
- Find the subscription that you’d like to make changes to and click Manage this subscription.
- Scroll down to see where you can make changes to diaper sizes, quantities, and delivery frequency.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to believebaby.com.
- Click on the person icon in the upper right corner.
- This will take you to either the Customer Login page or the Order History page.
- If Customer Login page.
- Enter your email address and password and click Login (or sign in with Shop).
- This will take you to the Order History page.
- Click Manage Account on the right.
- This will take you to View your next order.
- Click on Manage subscriptions.
- Here you will see all of your Active and Inactive subscriptions.
- Find the subscription that you’d like to cancel and click Manage this subscription.
- Scroll down and click Cancel subscription.
