Believe Diapers' charitable partner, Good+ Foundation, was recently featured in Forbes after a comedy night gala fundraiser. The event was hosted by the charity's founder, Jessica Seinfeld, in her East Hampton home.
$800,000 was raised in the intimate evening that featured celebrity guests from Gwyneth Paltrow, Julianne Moore and Naomi Watts to John Griffin, Glenn Fuhrman and Daniel Loeb.
"My mom is a social worker and, when I was in college, I did an internship at a parole and probation office. I witnessed the lengths that young mothers had to go to safely, healthfully take care of their children. They were in the parole office because they weren’t able to do that without breaking the law.
When Jerry and I had our first child, that experience came back to me. Living in New York City is so expensive. I had financial stress myself until I got married. And now, I was in a position to make life easier for other new mothers and fathers." -Jessica Seinfeld
